Agreement to Terms
By using our landscaping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with TerraGreen Paradise Landscaping. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
TerraGreen Paradise Landscaping offers professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided at the address you specify in Paradise, NV and surrounding areas.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the work requested is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our scope of expertise.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date given. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will do our best to arrive during your scheduled service window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergencies may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to all work areas. Please secure pets and remove any obstacles that might interfere with our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden items not marked prior to our arrival.
If you have an automatic sprinkler system, please inform us of its location and schedule to avoid conflicts with our work.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. Plant materials come with a 30-day warranty against defects, provided you follow our care instructions.
Weather-related damage, pest damage, or issues caused by improper care are not covered under our warranty.
Liability
TerraGreen Paradise Landscaping carries liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not responsible for damage to property not directly related to our work, or for issues that arise from following your specific instructions against our professional recommendation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
